YUM! I’m so excited to share this meal with you. Although I’m not a “food blogger”, I have been having such a great time learning new recipes from my dear friend Lindsey. The reason for all of the meal posts lately is due to my new business, Laura Jean Product Photography. I have fallen in love with photographing products for businesses and it’s turned into a little “side gig”. I am hoping to grow it slowly over the next few years as I learn more and more about using my camera every week.

Recipe: Note: We used this delicious (photo below) Wildtree Outrageous Orange Sauce to flavor the chicken. Mmmm!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Wildtree Outrageous Orange Sauce
3 chicken breasts, chopped
2 cups snap peas
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
Salt & pepper
Minute rice
Directions:
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium high heat and sauté garlic and ginger until translucent and fragrant. Add chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cool chicken completely and set aside. Add snap peas and red pepper to pan, along with a couple tablespoons of water + salt and pepper. Cook veggies to your liking. Add chicken back into the pan. Pour in the Wildtree Outrageous Orange Sauce (add more or less than a 1/2 cup to your liking). Stir to coat and allow sauce to warm and thicken, about 3 minutes. Serve over minute rice and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with a side of Asian slaw.
This was seriously so quick and easy to make. Hope you enjoy, and thanks again for reading!
